Old Town Athletic Club has some of the finest personal trainers in Fort Collins. Regardless of your sport they are committed to helping you “Realize your Potential.” Our highly qualified and certified trainers will provide you with accountability, motivation, and a challenging workout designed to help you exercise in a safe and fun fashion.
Group Fitness
Fitness classes are another way for us to help you “Realize your Potential.” All of our instructors are certified by a nationally accredited association and are dedicated to leading you through a safe and effective workout. From mind/body classes such as yoga/pilates and nia, to high energy classes such as BarreFitness, Zumba and TRX.
In the Heart of Old Town
Based in Old Town, Fort Collins, and just two blocks north of Old Town Square, Old Town Athletic Club is your only downtown full facility gym. Conveniently located in the recently re-developed River District for many of our members we are just a short walk or bike ride from work or home. We are open from 4am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
