What are the Mind and Body classes? What are the benefits?

Old Town Mind/Body classes are designed to increase your flexibility, strength and coordination while improving your posture, balance and mental focus. Participation in mind/body classes is a great way to decompress from the daily stresses of life while taking time to reset both your mind and body.

When does it typically meet?

We offer a variety of classes to meet all of your mind/body needs. From early morning Yoga to help you start your day off right to evening Yoga that sets the stage for a relaxing evening. Pilates will provide core strength as well as focus and coordination.
