What are the Cardio classes? What are the benefits?
Our group fitness cardio classes are designed as an all levels class. Benefiting heart, lungs, strength and coordination through challenging and inspiring workouts designed by our group fitness instructors. The group atmosphere is sure to motivate and provide accountability. Cardio/Strength classes do more than add muscle these classes will provide a spike to your metabolism burning more calories throughout your day.
We provide a wide variety of classes to fit your needs. These classes will also provide confidence through muscle toning giving you the strength and stamina to be at your best in athletic and recreational sports and activities.
When does it typically meet?
Old Town Athletic Club has over 30 group fitness classes per week. Starting as early as 5:30am and running until 7:30pm. Please see the group fitness schedule for a full list of classes and times.
